Warrant Policy

(Applies to all products sold on yier.com.au and purchased within Australia only)

For items purchased in Australia, please refer to the following Warranty Policy, which supersedes any other product manuals or documentation.

Limited Warranty Terms

• Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of purchase (as shown on proof of purchase).

• Exclusion: Consumable products are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage or defects resulting from:

• Use in commercial or industrial applications

• Improper power supply (e.g., low voltage, faulty household wiring, or inadequate fuses)

• External influences causing damage

• Use with non-approved products or accessories

• Operation outside the permitted or intended uses described in the product instructions (e.g., extreme temperatures)

• Acts of nature (e.g., lightning, tornadoes, floods, fire, earthquakes, or other external causes)

Remedies

If a hardware defect is confirmed within the warranty period, YIER (on behalf of Bc Babycare AU) will, at no cost to the purchaser:

1. Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or

2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent.

Defective parts, modules, or equipment will be retained by Bc Babycare. Customers will not be charged for parts, labour, or related costs for warranty service during the warranty period.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To request warranty service within the coverage period, please contact our support team at support@yier.com.au with the following information:

• Your full name

• Contact details

• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt showing purchase date, dealer name, and product model number)

Once your warranty status is verified, our team will assist you with the next steps. Please retain the original packaging or use packaging of equal protective quality in case the product needs to be returned.
